Yogi Bear?
The rumor was that we’d see bears in Cades Cove. Of course they said we’d see bears in Alaska too. Wildlife doesn’t always get the memo. But there were bears is in Cades Cove. I spotted 2 while I was there but they were way off in the distance. Even with a 500 MM lens they were tiny. This was the best I could do and it’s been enlarged on the computer. So even is it isn’t National Geographic caliber it’s still my first bear picture. That’s how it made the photo of the day list.
