    I’ve been to Gillette a few times, but never knew about Mt St John! Our state keeps surprising me with all the great stuff it has to offer. 🙂

    I stumbled on the Riverquest Eagle cruises a couple of years ago and have learned quite a bit about this area of Connecticut from them.. I find that I’m drawn back there no matter the weather. It’s a beautiful area and there’s quite a bit to do..Essex Steam Train. Becky Thatcher River Boat, Gillette Castle and of course the cruises with the Riverquest team.
